Revitalizing Neighborhoods, Impacting Lives

CPO Management |

Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO) serves as the property manager for a range of affordable housing opportunities. We believe affordable housing is a platform on which individuals and families can build on for future successes. CPO Management and our supportive services affiliate, CPO Impact, goes beyond traditional property management in providing innovative resident programs to promote long-term goals and self-sufficiency. We manage 2,700 units which includes our own portfolio of affordable housing as well as properties developed by valued OCCH partners such as Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority and Homeport.

Investing in Collective Impact

CPO Impact |

Data sharing is vital to measuring collective impact. In 2017, we built our network of data sharing partnerships, which now includes 5 service providers and 4 evaluation partners. We also invested in our technological infrastructure, creating a centralized repository using Efforts to Outcomes™ software and leveraging ApexData applications for mobile data collection. These innovations led to unprecedented capacity for understanding our results.
